Jup ... I can feel yah! ...
Wanted to be smart and abuse the recovery image for AnyKernel testing to give you a helping hand here. I issued the commands on the running system in the adb shell and intended to pack your zImage into the dumped recovery.img and flash it (flash_image recovery). But I'm also stuck in the regular AND recovery boot loop. Thought messing with the recovery alone shouldn't have any effect on the regular system. Just recovered from Odin ,,,

Btw, the boot loop wasn't caused by your kernel in the first place. To cross this one possible error source out, I tried with a stock kernel (NEE-version) first. But there I got already stucked.

EDIT:
One lesson learnt though on the process:
dump_image from the AnyKernel package does nothing on the ACE. I dumped the boot and recovery images with:
Code:
busybox dd if=/dev/block/bml8 of=boot.img bs=4096
busybox dd if=/dev/block/bml9 of=recovery.img bs=4096

And yes ... truth hurts pretty much.
It normally begins with the eyes, then going straight into the brain. Sometimes new connections will be made there, but most of the time no traces will be left. Consider yourself unlucky, if the latter is the case.

Flashing recovery was indeed risky xD.

Without the dump is very similar to ketut's but i think one of the parameters has to change for ace.

Now with ketut's file i got stuck in SGH-5830 logo. Once worked but i needed to update the source. Compile like 3 times using same method. Even with default config. I will extract the kernel again and compile it. If it fails again then i'm packaging something wrong.
