also can you tell me how to turn OFF noise reduction from menu, because everytime i get call ppl say they cant hear me, but once i turn noise OFF they hear fine..

also does weather work on lock screen on this new updates???

Sho should be WITH mic swap, but as the OP says it wont hurt your phone if you do the wrong one. Try WITH mic swap first, if people cant here your, that means you need the other one. The lockscreen thing would be ROM specific, not the kernel.

Looks like you have the wrong Mic now, flash the right one and you should be good to go, shostock is i9100 based so flash micswap one.

From his notes it looks like it, I dont run CM9 so I cant tell you for sure, give it a go and report back.

do you not run CM9 at all or you just prefer MIUI at this moment? i was going to give the latest miuiv4 a try with latest siyah to check on its progress, but i have been pretty happy with cm9 nightlies.

I have always run MIUI, but do test with CM9 on occasion to see its progress. Simple fact is I hate app drawer ROMs especially ones that dont let you modify the bottom icons. Just preference

Its fixed...i confirmed on aokp....file manager goes to /mnt/sdcard instead of /mnt/emmc now
