I have european version HTC One V with with RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_HTC_Europe_1.56.401.1_Radio_20 .66.30.0831U_3831.15.00.19_M_release_251449_signed
Are there any tricks or methods to flash my phone with your ROM (RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_HTCCN_CHS_1.68.1400.2_Radio_2 0 .67.30.0831U_3831.15.00.28_M_release_254948_signed ) ?

All my previous attempts failed. The installator always suddenly stopped working and freezed.

can I get a rom dump from this RUU? I don't have the phone but I'd like to extract some files from it and possibly port it for my device later on. If its not dumpable, can I get some form of a stock rom?
