Default [Q] Problems with installing ICS rom

I've tried installing 2 different ICS roms and it just goes into a continous re-boot after install, I've done the factory reset and wipe cache's, any other ideas?

Darkside Super Wipe. You can find it in the dev section.
Nexus 4 - TMO
ROM - AOK-to-the mother-F-in-P
Kernel - Intersectraven
Radio - Stock
Recovery - TWRP 2.4.1

This is going to sound stupid I'm sure, but what does that wipe do that the other's don't?

Thanks

Reboot to CWM.
You'll need to full wipe by going to storage & mount
format the following- data, system, and cache.
next go back to the main cwm screen.
wipe factory/data that is on the main CWM screen and wipe cache partition.
afterwards go to advance then wipe delvik cache.
done!

or search for Darkside Super Wipe tool which can be found in the dev section.(pretty much the same thing but in one button)
