How much moding is involved to get it to work with the Xperia S? Once you've modified it is it possible to revert if back to how it was, i.e. how much do you break?

Just got my device. But... where did yuou get that micro hdmi (M) - micro hdmi (F) little cable? No way to connect without such extension, cables are too short

first, i want to apologize me, for my bad english, i try my best ;)
1. i´m interested in an sony xperia p. is it right, that every androidphone with micro usb and hdmi connection, can be uses the lapdock?with the little modification ;)

2.do you think, is it possible to use the lapdock with a xperia p and andoid 4.0? or are there some spezial parts of motorola in the system for the lapdock?
