Help me,please.I made a very stupid mistake.I flashed recovery-nozomi.img without putting in stock Sony kernel.sin in the sd card. Now I am stuck in recovery.What should I do now?

Don't hold power. From the phone being powered off, hold volume up then plug in the usb - pressing power causes problems - i.e. the phone will keep on rebooting, because that's what happens when you press power and volume up.
