Try grabbingthe whole zip from another theme (you can use mine if you want) and then just deleting the files within the folders i.e. app,framework and putting in the respective files from your theme. This will more than likely solve all your update script related problems.

Thanks.. but i want a theme without a other users name wich blend up while its flashing... Do you know what i mean?

Just open up the updater script and edit the "print ui" parts out or change them to your name.

Here it is, it looks like the folders in your theme and i edited the updater script a little bit so that it shows my name when it will be flashed

Well, installation succeded, but the things what changed are only status bar icons and system font...
However, when i long press power button the phone reboots, not a conplete reboot but like it was a hot reboot, so cannot take screenshots... It must be a bug caused by the framework

Hmm, thats curious... i will try to fix it but i dont know how
