No! Its a lockscreen theme for MIUI rom.
If U r using Stock or CM rom then it won't be useful to u.
If u r on MIUI rom then put the above lockscreen in the sd>Miui>Themes
Or just use the file explorer from MIUI rom to install the lockscreen.

How do you get your weather to show up? Do we have to install a certain application for that? Thanks for your work!
