So V8 will give you more stability and Battery life plus I've added Voltage control so you can now lower voltages for each freq and extend a little bit your battery life by consuming less power for each cpu freq.

Cheers for replying.

I have read first 3 posts and couldn't find best practices/settings for your kernel, could you please post settings for both performance and battery for curious users like us.

I always carry my charger so I need best performance with no lags.

P.S What kind of ram you looking for ? I have 4GB (2 GB each DDR ram) if needed pm me.

I've using CFQ as IO Scheduler and Conservative as Governor, but if what you need is smoothness go with Ondemand as your Governor and OC the Phone up to 1.3GHZ (If you own an LT15) or 1.7GHZ if you own and LT18, don't go beyond those freqs since it can really harm your phone...

Also using EXT2 as SD-EXT increases the performance of apps stored there with Link2SD...

Regarding the RAM i need a DDR2, I can tell you is really a Pain in the *** to compile using 512MB RAM in VMWARE player lol...

Jimbo I have a question for you.Voltage in deepsleep is the same used at 122MHz(lower cpu freq.)or not?
Thanks for the voltage management, now I can undervolt to my custom table,750mV@122MHz\1200mV@1500MHZ.

@jimbo77

I found a great thread regarding

Kernel Governors, Modules, I/O Schedulers, CPU Tweaks, AIO App Configs

It also says that

"
Q. "Best I/O Scheduler?"

A.There is nothing called "best" i/o scheduler. Depending on your usage environment and tasks/apps been run, use different schedulers. That's the best i can suggest.
However, considering the overall performance, battery, reliability and low latency, it is believed that
SIO > Noop > Deadline > VR > BFQ > CFQ,
given all schedulers are tweaked and the storage used is a flash device."
