Default Debrand Nokia Lumia 900 ATT, still get FOTA's from Microsoft??

I want to buy a 900 in the US (i'm from the Netherlands) with an ATT lock on it.

Therefore I want to debrand the phone because the update by ATT aren't as good as it should be. When you unlock or debrand an Android phone for example you will not be able to get the FOTA updates, is this the same when you unlock or debrand your lumia 900 from ATT?

I've read that the branded ATT version isn't getting all the updates that Microsoft is doing, and because of that I want to debrand it.

I haven't found any information on the web so I am forsed to ask it here.

thx.

There is currently no way of "debranding" or dev unlocking the phone and no guarantee that there will be.

My HTC TITAN still has no bootloader available.

I would bet on fairly good support from AT&T on the Lumia...more so than normal from them.

That being....I have not recieved an update from AT&T for my Titian either....

If the international firmware is out, it is of course doable.
