it is not a zip..use flashtool to flash it...

It is a .zip file.

We need to change the file extension to .ftf then can flash with flashtool
Device: LG OPTIMUS G E973
Storage: 32GB INTERNAL STORAGE
Rom version: JB 4.2.1 by Houstonn.-

Well .tft are in fact zip files with different extension
It's possible that browser "detected" it as zip and changed extension by itself
