It is bothering me because when brightness is set to auto and when i'm browsing the web I notice the color change from purple to gray when the automatic brightness changes from low to medium.

I know for sure my phone was gray on low, medium and High before I had it replaced for a mic issue. The new phone I got already had the updated software installed. I was just wondering if the new phone I got has a defective screen.
My keyboard is the same gray it has always been on all brightness levels. Maybe you have a bad screen?

battery performance has definitely increased. battery is discharging at a much lower rate when compared to before the update. it used to discharge at about 100-300 mA and now is discharging from about 91-115 mA! thats amazing!! btw if you dial ##634# you can install nokia's diagnostics tool onto your lumia! hope this helps!

not going to do it. Before the update, my phone gets steady lte signal at home. Now, it rotates between lte, 4g, edge and no signal frequently.

After the update a Hard Reset is highly recommended. I would try that before going further. When i picked up a supposed already fix phone (Green Dot) from At$t the first thing they told me to do, even before entering my log in info was to hard reset the phone.

Because that's the only thing AT&T knows for WP7 support. Hard reset after update is never required on any other WP7 phones. I had two Samsung Focus phone before. And after two updates, no hard reset ever needed.

This update seems to affect how the radio fall back between different modes. The signal inside my house is not that strong. Before the update, it managed to hold on to the weak signal. After update, it hunts around and sometimes just plain lost signal completely.

I got the same problem, it's not always as you said. I'm going to post in a new thread just to see if others users have the same problem. Mine is not updated yet.

Local scout is missing from my search button screen. Is this from the update, can others check and report.

Interesting to note that I previously had a Cyan model and was affected by the LTE data loss. After thinking about it really well, I decided to exchange it for a Black one because Cyan is really nice but attracts attention too much, unwanted attention mainly. *Sad face*.

Anyways, the Cyan model had great battery life, 11+ hours at its max. When I opened the Black model it also had the same battery life, no issues there so far. Nos that I updated, the same settings, live tiles and brightness are bleeding my battery life faster than I can tell. HOWEVER, if I switch to "Automatic" brightness, it somewhat stops the drain a tiny bit. Also the camera (Front) had a temporal pink hue issue but it has gone away. I am thinking the it is an after effect of the update and not the cellphone model itself.

Any ideas?
