Someone reported to me that error earlier, just ignore them ... just boot up your phone...

Yes you can use other Kernel such as from NightElf_ICS-Beta-RC2_NOZRAM, and you can only do that if you do have an unlocked bootloader.

Here's a root fix for this ROM (this will only work if you have CWM installed)
