@mano: you can't use this kernel for duos. You'll need a dualboot kernel spesified for duos. If you give your kernel to irfan maybe he could make one

well it gave me a status 2 error most of the time.And a status 6 another time.I've made a 6.4 gb fat32,1gb ext3 for system,and two more ext3 for cache and data whith around 310mb for both.

status 2 means the rom isn't signed. are you using stock recovery? if yes, please use cwm. non signed zip file only work on cwm.

copy your modified rom. open with 7 zip or winrar. go to system folder. delete everything inside it. close 7zip, then send my that zip file. i'll try to analize it.
