Guyz, if i root my stock rom, use root explorer to move the file from the bin folder to app folder, and change the permission as mentioned, is it alright rather than flashing it? Or is there any other files to move as well?

well guys i installed 1.2.3 arhd and also the patch..... the flickerin remains. it went away for smtime and now its bk again.. strange bt i had it gonna return this bitch bk...
