[Rom][6-6-2012]Official ICS ported to play [4.0.4]

Here is an ported android ICS rom from the Xperia ray.
It is almost fully working and i am using this rom as my daily one

What works:

Boots
Touchscreen
Data (2G and 3G)
Calls/sms
Sensors
Wifi
Bluetooth
Camera (front/back, recording, panorama and taking pictures)
video playback
Gamepad

semi-working:

touchpads

What doesn't work:

Face unlock (will upload a fix asap)

How to flash this rom:

First flash the kernel with fastboot (rename the files to boot.img) (fastboot flash boot boot.img)

then boot the phone

when it vibrates press back button

go to factory reset (it will wipe all your data!)

then go to flash zip from sd card - chose zip from sd card

chose the rom and flash it

flash the wifi fix (like above)

and reboot!

settup the phone

open game launcher and close it

power off the phone

flash game launcher (new one!)

reboot

and enjoy the rom!
