THIS did the trick.

I had the same problem many people had, the toolkit was returning a lot of error messages and not being able to do anything. It was because of the different build (or at least different kernel). Thanks for finding this fix!

Many people will have the same problem I had, and here's the workaround SSyar found. Worked for me, on Xperia neo with Android 4.0.4, version number 4.1.B.0.431.
