[rom] ics-hercules-ucld2 debloated lightly themed
This Rom is based off the new UCLD2 Leak by DesignGears
Removed ATT Bloat, Lightly Themed, UCALC4-kernel, Stock Galaxy SII bootanimation.
15 QuickPanel Toggles, MuiuMusic, Miui-Weather, Apex Launcher and Touchwiz Launcher for those that missed it from my last rom.
Shutdown Works, Camera and Recording Work, Rotation fix (Thanks Yaldak)

As always perform a backup before flashing, Wipe System, Cache, Data
Darkside Superwipe
Install rom in CWM recovery
Reboot, Let sit 10 minutes to soak in, Reboot and enjoy....

No, its a second ATT Skyrocket Touchwiz leak. Supposedly quicker and more stable.
