[Modem] Telus & Bell Modem CWM, & New ICS-UCLE2 Modem

A stock Telus and Bell Modems that can be flashed through CWM. I have tested these on a telus note with telus stock rom. If you flash these modems on a ics rom, in setting it will say unknown baseband, be warned. Thanks to Braway for all his help, and to Jckpsa for providing radio images. What is a good modem for a Telus note on ics?

i have been using the stock ics modem from the At & t beta release.

do you need to wipe anything before flashing?

I always wipe cache and dalvik cache not sure if you really have to but I do.
