[Newest stock firmware][ODIN][4.0.4] XWLPT - UK/Ireland (Unbranded) - 31 July 2012
This Firmware is stock and does not increase the custom binary counter.
It is not rooted.
It will not delete anything if you flash it over stock GB or ICS firmwares (it's non-wipe).
You can safely upgrade from your existing samsung firmware using this version.

No it will not increase your counter. It is stock. Yes, you can use Mobile Odin.
Although I haven't tried it myself.

Mobile Odin won't increase the binary counter.
Only flashing insecure kernels (such as CF-Root) with Odin will increase the counter.
But on ICS, you can use TriangleAway app from Chainfire to remove the yellow triangle and reset the counter.
So, no reason to be worried !

Is there a way to have the changelog? would be nice to compare this new release with the LP7.
