NOTE:For DreamW V3 the boot is litel long dont panic after first boot all work normaly if you have error with setup wizard dont panic clos it and change setup from seting menu For good performance in overlock set it to Max 740 Mhz [ on my mini 710 work fine ]

many tweak and hack on sound for great sound and great performance all this on only 50 MB system yessss and all work fine only Radio sound is on max [if any one have knowledg for i fix it tel me pleas]

First if CWM is not installed install it and recomanded android 2.3.x for flash this rom

Go into Clock work mode and folow this steep

Folow this step--------------->

1- go CWM
2- wip data /cache / cache partition
3- install zip from sd [ ROM 7.1 ]
4- reboot
5- reboot CWM
6- Mount SYSTEM
7- Flash layout [with or without bouton]
8- reboot
9- reboot CWM install undo
10- reboot
11- Reboot CWM flash layout [ with or with out soft againe ]
12- Reboot ENJOY ICS Theme 100% and layout and also effect [stack on launcher ]

why GO launcher as home ? are you tested 360 launcher, is more faste and consomme less ram.

why go launcher for effect and is no big and no consomme on my device i use it daily with auther rom test and feed back i have add link for NO_OC ROM i upload the OC ROm thanks ^^

tested for me work very fine and for speed I set it at 701 very nice on lilg v2 ^^

now i Go for work for performe all this ^^ if any suggest pleas tell it here and if pocible if want to include some apps or auther give link here or apps name [ only free apps NO cracked thanks ]
