rom has been smooth as butta until 5 mins ago when I pushed the phone icon and it just keeps FCing? Anyone else having this issue?

I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong. After I flashed via CWM, the CRT effect doesn't seem to work.

Is it because I'm on Troposhere?

Is there a setting I need to enable?

Happens to me every single time i reboot...and has for a while now...not just this ROM...ICS??
