can a couple people do a little test for me on Vvm.go into system/app and delete current Vvm and then boot into recovery wipe cache and dalvik reboot.ONLY DO THIS IF VVM IS NOT WORKING!!! go to market and download the new one and try to set it i did this on a freash build and its working so far just want to get a few tests.

i downloaded bluestacks on my win7 computer,installed voxer and it loads up and runs fine,so im pretty sure its this rom

Heres mine...set cpu over rides the one thats built in

Logcat shows that it cannot stop playback and that's why it can't play the message.
It appears to be a smali file. Audioplayer$1.smali that's faultering with stopping the currently paused music in any music player.

Still need to dig deeper and look at the files.
But for now I can set it to save message to sdcard and play it from Apollo.
Not the best work around.....but seems it will have to do for now.

Edit: just playing on the phone I see Apollo and googleplay don't have "stop" buttons. Just play/pause toggles. I wonder if this is what is going on?

Makes me wonder if I had no music on my card and on a fresh flash.....if there was no currently paused music to stop would it then be okay.

No, I have no music on my phone same results but once you pause the song and leave the app its pretty much stopped. But I recently went back to h0tw1r3s rom not yours or flappjaxxx but I doubt that makes a difference
