how intall custom rom on my HTC 7 PRO

I have a HTC 7 Pro that I bought on the internet. It is sim-unlock original but has a layer swiscom because I wanted a keyboard with qwertz (I'm used to that because I lived in Holland and lontemps was this type of keyboard). The so currently on:
OS Version: 7.10.8107.79
Number of micro program: 2250.21.51101.166
Version of the software radio: 5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U
Version of the loader startup: 5.11.2250.0

It's a windows phone packed by swisscom.

I would like to have spent a custom rom and then downgrade my spl to 1.22.

but impossible to do the same.

I have 2 cable: one with a power supply and another with 2 allimentations.

I took the rom with the European stock spl 1.22, the same gold card that you and the same patch img.

But nothing ever happens ....

I plug the cable to the pc, after a my micro sd reader and after a 7 my htc pro usb mode.

But nothing ever happens ...

Can you help me please?? I can not stand ...
