A simple theme that is blue, black, and white.

Includes a bounce animation, a Comfortaa Font, blue and white icons, blue glow and selection.

To Install:
1. reboot into recovery.
2. choose "install zip from sdcard"
3. choose "choose zip from sdcard"
4. locate your Blue, Black, White.zip in SD
5. confirm "YES - install Blue, Black White.zip"
6. wait for script to finish
7. reboot phone

Yeah I can see it very clearly no problem at all. Pretty nice fonts too. Some of the inner menus still have green, but overall it's great. Thank's again
