Default [Q] Undervolting?

I'm very confused about how to undervolt. The System Tuner voltage tab makes no sense to me. Somebody said that they undervolted to -36 mHz on all voltages, and that gave him great battery life while overclocked to 1.728 gHz. How do I do that? I don't want my battery burning out while overclocked!

I'm using KozmiKKernel Beta 4a

First off they undervolted to -36 mV...

If you look on the bottom of the tab for voltage... There is a -12.5 button and a +12.5 button....

They should be pretty self explanatory....

And no matter how much you undervolt... It's gonna beat the crap outa your battery to run your processor 50% faster than stock...
