I downloaded this row twice (v2), flashed kernel, wiped data and installed it.
First notice:
- progressbar in CWM goes over 100% when installing (is it supposed to?)
- it doesn't boot

I've waited more than 10 minutes and it is stuck at kernel boot screen (SONY). Same kernel does work with stock ICS, so problem must be with the zip archive?

Boy this is DAMMed fast ROM ever seen.

But with modified stock kernel do we have control on CPU or GPU i mean is there any chance to overclock it .....

Rest is working fine .

Have You read first post? Or modified kernel ramdisk first post? Rather not, because if You would, You'd know that overlocking isn't possible. There are not available final kernel sources do do such modification.

Does your performance pack for v1 do all performance tweaks listed in the change log for v2. I mean does the addon virtually make v1 a night elf compatible v2?

Coz my laptop is not working and I cannot flash any kernel. I'm on night-elf now and I want to flash this Rom.
