I think the only one Is to unlock with power or with volume ...
That's a thing I can't fix! Is in the kernel

Try to use latest thoravukk (2.35).
It's for aosp aokp and cm9.
This weekend I'm going to test luca's rom among that kernel.
Hopefully to report good news.
Next week, I will release the new version; for now will have:
MORE USER-BUILD:
Removed TerminalEmulator (downloadable from market)
Removed AOSP Music (also in market if you search :P)
FIXES:
Fix GoogleVideo FC
Fix Phone Encryption
Changes:
I will merge the following CM Commits:
fix global environment defines for storage, mountpounts of sdcards to match cm standard
So it will switch tha INTERNAL=emmc, EXTERNAL=sdcard; apps will not really accuse this change, but for example in recovery the Sd will not be switched (so hopefully will fix the OTA App problems!)
Also I'll merge:
use opensource sensor hal, new auto brightness values
Cause opensource is better :P xD
Will also re-read all the topic and post in 2nd post all little things you posted, like the battery %mod, and provide some others, including a "revert" package to return to stock look
Hopefully for Wednesday or Thursday, just the time to merge and Test all changes for at least a couple of days before releasing!

So the apps which download files and store them on the sd card will be storing them on the external sd?? Isn't the external sd in most cases much slower then internal momory?? And what if I change my sd card, then the files are gone? Some apps do save lot of stuff on the sd, so what's the real advantage?
I wrote in first post, I officially support only the CM Kernel, cause I cant optimize the rom for 309420 custom kernels...its impossible...
Not that I don't approve or even like it (I'm also flash addict and test what I see intresting) but for me, and my time, its impossible to follow ALL the kernels, and its not right to privilege one kernel to another, so I support ONLY stock (in this case CM)
For the notification, I think its related to the fact Aosp does not "come" with BLN, its an added feature and can be necessary some polishment, but has to be done I think in the BLN code.
For the reboot, I suggest to send GM the dsmeg (surely in syahn thread there is a little how to) so he can se whats wrong!

none of that, simply system will KNOW that INTERNAL=emmc, so MAIN memory IS emmc
Only name changes! (its more important and noticeable in the recovery)
Apps and games will go in emmc (when REINSTALLED obv, if you do not have an external Sd, the /mnt/sdcard will be empty; file manager will open by default in emmc AUTOMATICALLY
Its really simple, will not create problem apart from the "habits" of calling INTERNAL sdcard and external emmc...
which is WRONG...
eMMC= Embedded MultiMediaCard ---> its the internal...NOT external!!!

1-Provide some data about your usage
2-Use cpu Spy to see if your phone does not sleep
3-Use BetterBattery Stats to see wakelocks (most likely a 3rd party app)
Then report back...sure you are not using some app to sync facebook pics (dont remember the name) that created almost all wakelock on CM9 thread?
Also, if really you see too much drainage, try different kernel, cause battery depends more on kernel than on Rom...
Come back with those infos and I can help you, if not...it didn't happen

When the screen timeout triggers and the screen turns off you can wake the phone within some seconds without lockscreen. If you wake with the on/off key you see the launcher (everything fine) but if you wake with the physical home key you see the multitask activity switcher and not the launcher.
What about just letting the lockscreen turn on directly when the screen turns off? So there is no time in which one can wake the screen without lockscreen? Then the task switcher wouldn't kick in
