Dear Xperia S users,
This rom is based on ICS 4.0.4 stock firmware. I tweaked it to have better performance and smoothness. Installation is very customizable and easy because of AROMA implementation

There are 2 versions of my rom, installable without AROMA installer:
- the Full version:

== Installation instructions == I added a FAQ & HELP section in 2nd post, you can find solutions there, if there occur new problems I'll add solutions there!
Clean installation:

- [recommended] Flash .55 stock firmware first or .50fw for locked bootloader and root it
Unlocked Bootloader:
- Install clean stock .55fw
- Reboot and don't open apps to prevent force closes in my rom!
- Wipe Dalvik cache and cache
- Install the rom
- Reboot & Let it settle
- [optional] Run the AROMA package
- Enjoy the rom!!
Locked Bootlader:
- Install clean stock fw (.55 or .50)
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Flash rom
- Flash cwm & superuser right away: Download Location
- Reboot & Let it settle
- [optional] Run the AROMA package
- Enjoy the rom!!
Upgrade:

- Fixed phone transparent dialpad issue
- Turn auto-brightness on or off
- Added wifi dual band and p2p support
- Added 3 dots for menu everywhere (see screenshot)
- Increased time between notification LED blinking to save some battery
- You can now disable auto-brightness (screenshot)
- Enabled sms utf-8 support
- Changed max simultanious downloads allowed from 5 to 10
==Known Bugs==
- First boot gives a lot of FC on aps. Just reboot with volume up + power button and everything will work fine
- Themes are unavailable, I'm checking the problem
- No others, report them and I will try to fix them as soon as possible

- If you really can't succeed to flash my rom and end up in a bootloop flash KA24.1_Xperia_SSpeed
- Let it boot and settle, but don't open up any apps
- Flash KA25 in recovery
- Clear Cache and Dalvik Cache
- If you still have problems look below
== Force Close of apps ==
- Try to clear data in system => apps => all apps
== Force close on album, Walkman, Video ==
- Clear App data in system => apps => all apps
- Move "name of app".apk to /system
- Reboot
- Move "name of app".apk back into /system/app
- Reboot again

- Flash Cybershot 5.1.1: Download here
- Clear cache and dalvik cache
- Delete data of cammera common in system => apps => all apps

How about dolby srs sound porting? I just tried to port srs sound to XPS and got boot loop ^_^. Restoring nandroid backup now!

Maybe add Beats if there is enough interest.
Please done't remove too many of the built in apps, unless you do a stripped down and close to stock version.
A real simple battery percentage would be great.
