The Nexusmod ICS seems to be a winner for me. So far everything I've tried has worked perfectly (note: I only use bluetooth for phone calls not streaming). But everything else, seems to work beautifully. Camera recording works, auto rotate works (in apps though not on home screen, don't know if that's a ICS feature but honestly, I love it! I don't want my home screen rotating but appreciate that it still works in apps). Data is surprisingly just as fast as in the gingerbread roms! This is huge win for me personally because every other ICS rom I tried cut my data speeds in half.
The rom is smooth as butter, not a single FC yet, battery life seems to be very good so far.
Since I was asked, this is how I flashed:
1. Wipe Cache x2
2. Wipe Davik Cache x2
3. run Darkside super wipe script
4. run M&S Kernel cleanser script
5. flash M&S Blaze ICS modem
6. flash Nexusmod ICS
7. flash Autorotate fix
8. Wipe Cache
9. Wipe Davik Cache
10. Reboot into system.
11. Let the phone sit for 10 minutes, do nothing!
After rebooting the phone a second time I set up my google account and such and so far I am massively impressed with this rom.
