New RUU will require a re-base, it'll come, be patient :P

To fix the screen-tearing previously, I'd just grab the gralloc libs from whichever ROM I was using and replace the ones in this .zip, then flash. Didn't get rid completely, but made one hell of a difference. Not sure if that's any help to anyone...
