what i did.

coming from nexus s 4g i already had adb installed

1. so i downloaded and installed the VZW Galaxy Nexus Drivers (http://www.samsung.com/us/support/ow...SCH-I515MSAVZW)

2. booted into bootloader via adb

adb reboot bootloader

3. flashed the TWRP recovery img for sprint via adb
(http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/92)

fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-toroplus-2.1.2.img

4. rebooted

put Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed on nexus storage

5. booted into twrp recovery via the bootloader

flashed Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed via twrp recovery

6 rebooted

updated SU via market

7. updated busybox viz market
(busybox installer in market)

8. im good till we get some sprint custom roms im reading some people are having issues with vzw versions

You can use fastboot to boot twrp, and then push it that way, yeah? While booted to twrp?

unless im mistaken ion think you can mount a mtp storage the way we mount sd storage. so i havent been able to transfer files unless my phone is booted normally, cant in recovery.[COLOR="Silver"]
