Default HTC drops source code for slew of devices

So I just found this a few min ago: http://www.phonearena.com/news/HTC-d...evices_id29249

I didnt see DINC 2 specifically, but does any of these drops help us at all?
Phone: HTC Droid Incredible 2-->Samsung Galaxy S III Pebble
Tablet: Nook HD+ 16GB/w 64GB Micro-sd

Ok, wasnt sure if we shared a kernal with some other device or something.

the source is in some cases very similar across devices with the same board (msm7x30 in our case) but not identical
