Should I go for SPIGEN screen protector and case together?

Hi,

My White 16 GB galaxy note was delivered on this Tuesday only.

I have done extensive search on internet for screen protector and flip case.

I zeroed in on SPIGEN SGP GLAS t. Premium Tempered Glass Series Screen Protector AND SPIGEN SGP GT-N7000 / AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 4G LTE Leather Case Valentinus [Middle Brown], Diary Wallet Type

Both priced on high side.

I am in a dilemma that should I go for flip case and screen protector both or will flip case alone will suffice?

How's the quality of these 2 products of SPIGEN?

You obviously did NOT try searching this topic. If you had searched, you would have found at least two threads with extensive reviews and discussion regarding the GLAS.t.

I have gone through the threads on this forum, but i didn't find a thread which discuss about having screen protector and flip case together.

My point here is should I spent 40 $ extra on screen protector if I am buying flip case?

Any ways I ordered from Amazon for both the protector and case to be on safe side.

The case will have credit card and etc and they could cause scratches.

Not that this will matter for the OP but I think you should have a screen protector and a case. The Galaxy Note (and any other phone glass including devices with the somewhat overrated Corning Gorilla Glass) can get scratched by anything harder than the glass. This can include a grain of sand between your finger and the glass.

Get a screen protector. They are anywhere from $30 to less than $1. If the day comes that you scratch your screen, you'll probably wish you could pay $30 to have it new again, so spare yourself even the chance and use a screen protector. Amazon has a 5pk for less than $2 shipped to your door.

I use the Glas.t and SPIGEN flip case - they work beautifully together and i dould highly recommend them

(i did an extensive review of a few SPIGEN products on this forum )

howdy

folk get far too obsessed with screen protectors.. a flip case will annoy you after a week

I had the official flip and changed it to a £3.49 TPU gel case that came with a free screen protector and the phone is in A1 condition after 3 months

but you pays your money you takes your choice

I can't speak for the flip case, but SPIGEN make very high quality stuff. Money well spent!
