Default When I adjust the DPI on Kindle Fire, keyboard gets cut off!

I love my kindle fire but lots of apps look like crape on it as they weren't designed for a 7 inch screen. My biggest gripe is that the font is too small. I can adjust it via a DPI changing app (180 is about right), but then my keyboard is too big and gets cut off.

Is there a fix for this? Maybe adjust the keyboard dpi/ size in build.prop after the main dpi is set to what I want?

Hmm, all the apps work fine for me, and in the right resolution.
Make sure they are for PowerVR.
What ROM are you using?

Well thanks for your help but my workatound was to use another keyboard from the app store. With one of those, the keyboard stays the same size no matter what I change the dpi to. I'm using thumb board
