Ainol Novo 7 ELF - Slype - Webcam Problem

I have an Ainol Novo 7 ELF. The webcam is not working with Skype. I also test with Tango and have the same problem.

Anyone have the same problem? How do you fix it?

I have also problem with webcam using skype.
Whole video stream has vertical pink stripes on another side. Small preview window on ma side looks good.
I am using Elvish 0.3 rom
