thanks a lot man.. it worked now there is no annoying sound..
can i also change the boot animation like yours in the youtube video.. if yes then plz tell me the steps to do so...

i have uploaded the file on page 2. replace the original file by this one.
go to system>media>images
and replace boot_logo with this

to change boot animation - install bac lite

If yes search uot kitchen on google
Read what to do and how to do
Upload your framework res .apk
Choose all the mods you want an submit work to kitchen after few minutes your file will apear there.
Download it and flash the zip file
And you will get custumized phone

Don't forget nandroid backup

or just flash the attachment which i have cooked
