3.5mm converter

Hey guys i searched a lot but i cudnt find it.. i want to join speaker and mic separate wires into one 3.5mm wire for my phone.. my uncle had one of these but he bought it from a roadside guy.. i couldnt find one like that.. sooo if u guys have or know of something like that plz give me the link to them..

I bought in kolkata for 65 rupees

that would be nice if i can find it here in the philippines.
