I forgot to mention, 'zip', 'tar' and 'md5sum' has to be installed in cygwin (in Linux these are usually default)

Sir what is "Android Magic"?

I am trying to run the pearl script on Linux and it tells me that Android Magic is not found in *blah blah blah*.tar.md5. Giving up. Do I need Android sdk installed to run it?

I am busy reinstalling cygwin because I had an issue with the .dll file so I will report back as soon as I have it up and running again

splitfus2 is a binary executeable copmiled by gcc
set the file permission to 755 and start by ./splitfus2
I don't know, what is Android Magic...
I don't think that Andorid SDK is required.

Works fine in Linux (Debian 6 32).
Only one doubt, the -w option only work in S5360 (exclude s5360B-L-etc)??
I made the three possible combinations with "S5360BUTKI3_S5360ZTAKI3_S5360BUTKI3_HOME.tar. md5" (-w|-w -s| default) and flash work very well.

Yes I tested it on my 32 bit Debian machine as well and no problems there.

Split the files beautifully and installed through Odin 100% and I can confirm that the phone is 100% as well. I tested this on my original Firmware pack from Samfirmware so I could test if Kies had issues detecting my phone and it does not

Damn you're good!!!

Some explanation on the -w switch
Odin wipe pack works by including the userdata.img file which is an (almost) empty /data file-system image. If the S5360 B/L, S5363 etc models have the same /data partition size, then no problem, but I'm not sure of it.

If there's some help, we can collect the info about.

In addition there's minimal possibility, of different firmware versions on same model have different partition setup. I haven't see practical example for, but who knows what future brings...

Very Fast....converts in seconds...
Tried DDLC3
shows 1 error (cp: cannot stat `../_base/userdata.img': No such file or directory)
though file converted successfully

adding: MODEM_S5360_DDLC2.tar.md5 (deflated 54%)
adding: PDA_S5360_DDLC3.tar.md5 (deflated 45%)
adding: readme.txt (deflated 37%)
Output file: S5360_DDLC3_ODDLA2_DDLC2_by_SplitFUS2.zip
