[CENTER]HOW TO FLASH EVERY ROM, INCLUDED THIS ONE
4ext touch/classic recovery is HIGHLY recommended
-put the zip in your sd card
-reboot into recovery
-run a format system, format data, format cache (*you can use "wipe'em all" features aka "format all partitions (except sd card)" which is the same but faster)
-run a wipe data factory reset (to be sure your partitions are properly mounted for the flash)
-flash the rom
-reboot
This is the best you can do, don't let a flashable zip do this work for you, your hands and your mind are the most powerful tool you own

* here you can find an explanation about the RAM+SD Cache size hack, tester report the hack as fully working
*please 4g user try a flash with usual tmous option and tell me if systemUI crash persist
* App installer works this way: the app is able to detect your sd card, and find any apk you put in, both in sd root and folder (whatever), so every apk being detected and the app give you the opportunity to choose what apps install, both on the very first installation wizard, and after the installation, so just make a folder with your favourite apps and follow the instruction.
