- applied the ROM again

This is because of cm9 player that build is Alfa and heave a memory leakage but good news is that dev is still working on it but doesn't want to release until he's happy with it.

why program? they are bunch of images in one(or more if you wanna make it in more different animations) folder and one txt file which tells resolution, fps and which folder is run how many times and stuff like that.
but i know you know structure of it


good example can be found in stock sony bootanimation, to get idea how its organized.
