Nothing is working because you're in HBOOT, not Fastboot.

No you don't have to put anything on sdcard. Just run those commands after JuopunutBear-hboot install. Order does not matter.

Thanks Fuses....it's working!!! I appreciate everyone's help. I couldn't get to Hboot but found out it was because I had FastBoot checked.

Dave, are you able to get to your Hboot screen/menu by holding the down volume and power button?

If I am not mistaken you should still have root, so download Quick Boot from the Play Store it will allow you to boot into recovery, bootloader, restart, or power of, I have it on all my devices. Also download the 4EXT Recovery Updater from the market, you can use it to flash 4EXT Recovery to your device. The updater is the free version, I use the paid version, but both will flash the recovery.

Thanks T-Mac....my problem was because I had FastBoot ticked under settings/power.

Oh, damn HTC for having this checked by default. This to me really has no use and should not be ticked by default. And before anyone post fastboot does blah blah blah, I know what it does, I just think it is useless.

The unsecured boot image is the boot image present in the custom rom's.. (open custom rom zip file-kernel folder)

Why do you want To have that.. In your case you are already stock... You are good to go with jb soff now
