[Q] ics contacts app on gb?

hi, I´m running ics cm9 on our phone, it´s almost perfect in all the ways, but unfortunately I miss the fabolous camera I had one day, so I was wondering if there´s a way to put the ics contacts app and when it rings, the ui look the same ics???

I would be perfect if we had a ics ui + the camera and max speed

so what do you think is it possible??
