This is a vanilla AOKP build for the Desire S performed by merging it with parts of CM9/Andromadus.

Installation:

- Make sure you're running the latest 4Ext or CWM Recovery
- Download the zip from the link
- Copy it to sdcard
- Reboot to recovery
- Backup your current rom
- Wipe data / factory reset (at 4ext format all except sd is even better)
- Choose flash zip from sdcard
- Choose the zip and confirm flashing

Optional (weather in ROMControl won't work without it):

- flash gapps package
- reboot
- enjoy

Update:

- Wipe cache/dalvik cache
- Flash rom

When upgrading cache/dalvik wipe should be enough, if you face issues, pls try a clean install before reporting them.

If your facing issues at the music app, not showing all your titles download and execute rescan media root (free).

Known Bugs

Milestone 1 (4.1.2)

Camera not working
Mobile network not working
Mass storage mode not working
CMFileManager shows sd as ro, but it's rw
Settings -> storage causes fc

Camcorder back doesn't record
Camcorder front is a mess
news and weather doesn't show full informations

There has been TONS of more stuff than this added. It's really difficult to find all the differences... here is a FULL list of commits that have entered our code base since Milestone 5. There are a lot of changes

First i fix what is missing, afterwards i will take a look at additional things like themes

Can make a banner, but i'm not that handy with coloring and stuff like that, maybe someone else comes up who does it, if not i will for sure make one (even if it will sure be ugly^^).
