[Q] battery giving wrong indacator

i flashed miui 2.4.17 and i did a full wipe, even usb storage, everything except for microsd card, then after flashing was done it shows that my battery is fully charged yet i see the battery meter is 3/4 full, yet it's fully charged

Go in to recovery mode and then into advance and clear battery stats, that could help the problem, as flashing a new rom can mess up the sync between battery and stats.
