Exclamation How to disable the Droid 4 Auto-update?
My friend has a rooted Droid 4 and it keep nagging him about updating it. He wants to stay where he is, but its already downloaded the update. How do we stop it?

Why would he want to do that? The general concensus is that the update is non-destructive, and pretty beneficial (improves battery life, etc).

Just make sure to download this https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...51bGwsMSwyLDNd

to keep a protected copy of root, restore root after the update, and you are good to go!
