Horrible speeds here too, download keeps failing halfway through. Sucks cause I really want the new version.

You have use the latest cwm in rom manager or the latest TWRP.

I was using cwm touch before when I got the status 7 errors. Took your advice and loaded the newest cwm(non-touch) and it worked fine. Thanks!

i think it's an error when trying to use certain versions of CWM. For best results, get TWRP2 on your device & flash it using that. No errors at all.

I'm sure winner00 will fix it when he has time.. nonetheless the latest build is working great & i would highly recommend it.

What recovery are you using. Make sure you are using the lates CWM in rom manager or the latest TWRP. If you are not using one of those you will get the status 7 error.
