How to set permissions (rw-r--r--) and what can I use to find System/App folder.

bro don't scatter your question all over the sections!!

solution is using root explorer (phone needs to be rooted)

just long tap the file that you want to set the permission

you can use RootExplorer aplication bro...
And then open it.... search systemm/app

just long press on a file that you want to set permission >>> select " permission "

chose

vv-
v--
v--

reboot your phone

Just first and foremost solution to your query is only an only ROOT EXPLORER (Requires rooted device).....

using root explore to set permission on a file, long press on the file and choose permission. then on the popup menu put a check on the two boxes next to "owner", which is labeled "read" and "write". then on "group" check the first box only and also on the "others". and make sure to mount the system in r/w by pressing the "Mount R/W" at the upper right corner.
