Actually it does. Just yesterday I had Nexus MOD installed and Instagram worked fine. However I reverted to my previous ROM due to the horrible battery life on the ICS leak
If I have helped you, show your appreciation by hitting that "Thanks" button

I'm running the nexusmod rom and instagram hasn't worked on any ics leak that I've tried.

Instagram actually works for me on the new Darkside ICS ROM, but choosing filters is real laggy. Just use Pixlr, it's better anyway.

I'd bet that it's not 100% compatible due to the fact there aren't any official releases of our rom. Instagram developers can't really make it fully compatible until there's an official release, and no real reason to until then.

It worked sometimes for me, and sometimes made my phone reboot.

The pictures automatically save once you apply a filter. Check your gallery.
