VTS will be able to unpack & repack boot.imgs soon.
This means that you don't need cygwin and the dsixda kitchen anymore for this task



It's an additional project type so it integrates very well.

Hm, looks like apktool can't find the AndroidManifest inside the apk. Can you please provide me the exact apk you are trying to decompile?
